When you email us, the addressed GLASSHALF mailbox receives your email address, message, and any information you include. Your email provider also processes the message.

When you subscribe, we store your email address, selected language, consent time, subscription status, and confirmation or unsubscribe events. Your address is added to Resend only after you confirm it by email.

SITE AND PURCHASE-LINK STATISTICS

Cloudflare provides aggregate website statistics. Purchase links also record daily totals by product, vendor, and language. Those purchase-link totals do not store an IP address, referrer, user agent, session identifier, or email address.

PURPOSES AND PROVIDERS

WHY

We use this information to answer enquiries, manage requested newsletter delivery, protect the sign-up endpoint from abuse, and understand aggregate website and purchase-link activity.

CLOUDFLARE

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides the D1 database and aggregate traffic analytics. Public analytics are not used for advertising profiles.

RESEND

Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States) receives confirmed newsletter addresses and delivery data so that we can send subscription confirmations and newsletters and process unsubscribes. Cloudflare and Resend may process information in countries where they operate.

RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES

RETENTION

Newsletter confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Active subscription records are kept while you remain subscribed; unsubscribe and consent records are kept only as needed to honour your choice and meet applicable obligations. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer and manage the enquiry.

YOUR REQUESTS

Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of information connected to you. We may need to verify the request before acting.

NO SALE OR SITE CHECKOUT

We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising. The site does not provide checkout or collect payment-card information.
